Watch Tower
The watch tower in Dhikala is ideally situated to provide you a great perspective of the animals that come to the area’s chaurs to graze. It also gives you a great view over the entire Ramganga riverbed and a significant portion of the Dhikala chaur. The Dhikala Forest Rest Louse is 10 minutes’ walk from this watch tower. Crocodile Point at Gairal
The quick route from Gairal to the other rest homes is located west of it, and it passes via Crocodile Pool. Additionally, it is a balcony-like natural formation that overlooks a crocodile-infested pool that is almost always occupied.
Sambar Trail
This jungle path runs from the Dhikala watchtower’s base to the Khinanauli rest house. The most tigers have most likely been seen in this area. This is a result of its great location sandwiched between the riverbed and hills on opposite sides of the area. Most animals move through this area on their way down to the lake. If you plan to travel down this road shortly before sunset in the summer, keep in mind that elephants use this track and that you should be able to reverse your car just as easily as you can drive it forward.
